The Calm Body Reset is a 4-week guided journey designed to help you move out of survival mode and into a state of calm, safety, and inner balance. This is not about just feeling better for a moment—it’s about teaching your body how to stay regulated.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll be supported through a powerful combination of deep nervous system work, intuitive energy healing, breathwork, spiritual life coaching and somatic practices—so you can begin to release stored tension, quiet the mind, and feel more like yourself again.
Inside this container, you’ll receive:
A 75-minute live online session with me each week for one month for deep, personalised support
Access to weekly online group reset sessions Sundays 8.30pm UK time via Zoom
Access to the monthly deep relaxation in person evening
A safe, supportive space to be held as you unwind patterns of stress and overwhelm

This service is conducted online, providing a convenient professional service. If a client cancels an appointment late, it will result in the forfeiture of the paid amount, highlighting the importance of timely communication regarding schedule changes (within 48hrs notice). My aim is to provide quality service while prioritising the well-being of all clients. Group sessions cannot be rescheduled due to keeping the group format.
